Ears meets Tuesday September 26th, 7:00pm at Wall to Wall Recording, 676 N. LaSalle (Lower level) for a forum on the question "Engineer as Producer?". As the recording climate changes and lines become blurred, what is expected of us engineers? Often the roles of both engineer and producer must be filled by one person. Can both be done effectively? Last month we came in from the rain at Lou Malnati's Pizzaria. It was a small crowd, but we certainly had some good food, good drink, good laughs, and some good heinous session stories to tell. Thanks to all who made time to come out and enjoy some simple camaraderie. - MM & KJH
